1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop "Streetverses" at www.streetverses.com.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with:

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By submitting your order, you place a binding offer.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices according to the small business regulation (§ 19 UStG).
Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

• Delivery area: Germany, Austria, Switzerland
• Delivery time: 3–10 business days
• Shipping is via DHL

6. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

• Instant bank transfer

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal (see cancellation policy).

9. Warranty

The statutory liability for defects applies.

10. Liability

The seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of simple negligence, the seller is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.
